WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?


Our goal is to create products that are healthy and good for your skin.  We want you to be satisfied with every product you purchase from the CTRL website.  If you are unsatisfied with your on-line purchase, we will accept returns within 14 days of delivery.   

WHAT IS THE RETURN PROCEDURE?

Please contact CTRL customer care at 844-228-7552  Monday -Friday 9:00 AM – 8:00PM EST or email us at customerservice@ctrlcosmetics.com to initiate the return.  Let us know the reason for the return and our customer care support team will assist you and provide a  prepaid return USPS label and form via email.


Print out the Pre-paid Return Label and fill out the form provided with the reason for the return. Pack the item and affix the label to the outside.  You may take the package to any USPS location.


Refunds are processed to the original form of payment within 7-10 business days after we receive the return. Tracking information for your return will be provided with the return label.


My Package Arrived Damaged

My Package Never Arrived


Please contact customer care at 844-228-7552  Monday-Friday 9:00AM-8:00PM EST or email us at customerservice@ctrlcosmetics.com and our support team  will assist with tracking and arranging a replacement.


May I Cancel My Order?


You may cancel your order at any time until your order has shipped. After the order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled or refunded until the shipment has been returned to CTRL. To cancel an order, email us at:  customerservice@ctrlcosmetics.com

CTRL, LLC is pleased to accept  Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover credit cards for payment.  We also accept payment through PayPal

WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?

CTRL currently ships to all 50 States as well as Puerto Rico, the U.S Virgin Islands  and APO/FPO addresses.


DO YOU DELIVER TO PO BOXES?

Yes! USPS will deliver your order to a PO Box .  We do not offer 2 day or Overnight shipping to PO Boxes.


SHIPPING NOTIFICATION AND TRACKING

Orders typically ship within 24 – 48 hours after processing and payment authorization.  You will receive an email confirming shipment with a tracking number.

CTRL offers shipping via USPS and FedEx.  


Shipping Methods:


Standard USPS:   3-7 Business Days


Second Day FedEx :  2 Business Days


Overnight FedEx:    1 Business Day


CTRL Cosmetics orders are shipped on  Monday – Friday, excluding major holidays

Overnight and Second Day Orders placed by 3:00PM EST  are generally shipped the same day. Payment authorization must be received prior to shipping.
